At the middle of the page click on New Contact. New Contact Screenshot When you click on New Contact, you will be redirected to the page from where you can add the contacts manually or you can attach the CSV in a predefined schema (the fields which are needed for your business). Contact Options Screenshot In the above screenshot, the first option is Import, you can import the CSV from your system in a predefined schema.
